Various press releases indicate that the Inter-Ministerial Group constituted to examine issues relating to the Ganga (headed by B.K. Chaturvedi, Member of the Planning Commission) has submitted its report. There are also Government and media releases about the findings of this report. However, I am unable to locate the original Report itself. Is it in the public domain, and if so, can anyone please tell me how to access it?
