The Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India (http://wrmin.nic.in/) has recently released the following:

• The Draft National Water Framework Bill 2013 available at http://mowr.gov.in/writereaddata/linkimages/nwfl1268291020.pdf
• The Draft National Policy Guidelines for Water Sharing/Distribution Amongst States 2013 available at http://mowr.gov.in/writereaddata/Policy/CWC_GUIDELINES_FOR_WATER_SHARING.pdf 
• The Draft River Basin Management Bill 2012 available at http://mowr.gov.in/writereaddata/Reports/Doabia-Committee-Report-2012.pdf

The Ministry is seeking comments on the same by 31 July 2013. This is to request members to send their comments on the above documents
