I am Ashwini. I live in a village called Sangola in Solapur district, Maharashtra. 10 years ago my village had enough water for all our needs. But now the situation is very different. There is absolutely no rainfall. This maybe because of cutting of tree. Some pepole say this is because of 'Pavan Chakki' (Wind mills). Is it true? Please advise and suggest solutions to overcome this situation.
