We drilled a borewell in the year 1992. We got water at 30feet at that time so we digged further at 100feet. Now, the water isn't sufficient and we get it for every one hour and for just 5 to 10 mins. We had drilled a 4 1/2 inches bore in 1992. Can it be redrilled?
