We now know that eateries are under an obligation to provide potable water to its patrons free of charge. Can the same be said about owners of large malls and/ or office buildings? Along with the sanitation system, are they also obliged to provide potable water to the common public/ tenants/ visitors?

Or is it an obligation of the respective offices only? What does our law say about it?
