Water Portal -- looking for a freelancer

We are India Water Portal, a premier source of dissemination and dialogue on water on the web. we are based in Bangalore

We have an account on Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/indiawaterportal and a channel on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/indiawaterportal. We are looking for someone who can work on managing and maintaining these sites and growing their usage. The kind of tasks involved wil be:

-- editing, uploading and annotating new photos/videos which we will provide you, to the website
-- coming up with ideas to increase the visibility of the website and increase the usage
-- occasionally take photos or videos of special events, structures etc. to add to our collection
Requirements would be for a person who is interested in photography/videography and is familiar with creating and editing photos and movies. You should be active on the internet and familiar with relevant websites. An interest in environmental issues would make it an excellent match. Location is not relevant, good internet connectivity is required. We would also consider if you were interested in managing either one of the picture and video sites. Write to portal@arghyam.org
The work would be a minimum of a few hours per week and a lot more is possible if the match between our requirements and your capacity is good.
Payment would be on a hourly basis and could range from Rs.100/- to Rs.200/- per hour depending on your ability to do the required tasks.
