Livolink Foundation is a registered body under the Indian Trusts Act 1882. Based in Bhubaneswar, the organization is currently involved in development programmes spanning 14 states of the country.  Livolink Foundation is governed by an eminent board of trustees from various parts of the country with rich experience in the social development sector.

The organization hosts two National Level Secretariats – one on Diversion Based Irrigation (DBI) and the other on System of Rice Intensification (SRI) - that are concerned with programme monitoring and providing technical support and expertise to more than 150 partner organizations of Sir Dorabji Tata Trust (SDTT) and Allied Trusts, Mumbai, across the country.

Job descreption
For expanding initiatives of the DBI Secretariat, the organization wishes to appoint a Senior Executive for its national DBI programme. The position will be based in Bhubaneswar with extensive travel to project locations of the partner organizations across the country.

Key Responsibilities
Providing hand-holding support to partner organizations for smooth implementation of the Diversion Based Irrigation (DBI) programme across the country.

Qualifications
B. Tech/ Diploma (Civil Engineering) from an institute / university of repute.

Experience
The above position requires a minimum of three years’ experience in monitoring and implementation of irrigation based projects.  Experience on working in Diversion Based Irrigation (DBI) projects or Gravity Flow Systems would be preferable. The applicant must have good communication and presentation skills in both English and Hindi. Sound working skills on computer and process documentation is essential.

Location
The position will be based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, but with frequent travel to project locations across India.

Remuneration
In the range of Rupees 3 to 3.6 lakhs per annum commensurate with the candidate’s qualification, skills and experience. Other allowances will be applicable as per General Service Rules of the organization.
