Water- A Discussion

Water is the base of life as we all know but a very interesting fact comes in my mind that what should be the full form of water. If one's define it there comes a better sentence. Let's we know it's full form.

A-atmosphere
T-threatens
E-earn
R-revenue

I think that you all have  familiar with the concept. Isnn't it. Lots of people are working in this sector. But what is the outcomes never known to anyone. We all are crying over spilt milk. Have we got the permanent solution forever. No. Not at all. It is a way of earning. When i am talking to a researcher then he lecturers on his work on his thesis .do we know that what is the meaning of water or what is the value of water in the sight of those people who are living waterless life . Do they know the definition of water the property & the water borne diseases. The people living in the desert area the people living in the slum. They know the importance of water. It is an easy task to deliver the lecturers in a seminar hall or in a class-room but it is a hard work to visit in those ares especially in slum or in dalit areas where the dwellers are still surviving either in dirty atmosphere or drinking polluted water. How many persons have visited there till now. If someone has visited there either to gain his name & popularity like leaders who comes especially at the time of election promise to provide safe drinking water for everyone but as the election  ends their tasks finished. Where is our researcher what are they doing for that people why donn't they visit there? They should go & take the sample of water & kindly test in laboratory is the water suitable for drinking?
