Permissions & Govt Clearance?: Tubewell installation for domestic use - Haryana

Can you please advise me of the various permissions required as well as the approximate time before one can install a borewell / tube well on their own land to supplement the water provided by the government? The usage of water would be for domestic use and / or some gardening and is not for commercial purposes. The land is located in Morni Hills , Distt Panchkula , Haryana .

Construction of tubewell for domestic purpose is within the ambit of State Government Only in notified areas, the permission is to be sought from the concerned District Collector/ Commissioner. The details of the notified areas are in the web site http://www.cgwb.gov.in
