Scholarships for UNESCO-IHE: Water Supply Engineering Course

I am Santosh Chobhe, working in water sector since 5 years and in search of getting scholarship, I am planning to do Water supply Engineering course @ UNESCO-IHE, Netherlands & have confirmed my admission for the year 2008 to 2010. Already, I have applied for the Joint Japan World Bank Scholarship but I missed the opportunity to apply for the NFP (Netherland Fellowship Programme) due to unavailability of my admission letter in time from UNESCO-IHE.
1) Can anyone guide me how to get scholarship?
2) Are their any Indian or International scholarships available for Water sector?

Kindly visit websites of various universities in the Europe to know the available
scholarships and their deadline.
In India, the Tata Trust provides scholarships to study in abroad, but the deadline is already over (ie.15th February).
