This movie was filmed at the 2010 'Rivers for Life 3'. Organised by International Rivers, Rivers for Life was a gathering of 350 activists from 50 countries. The meeting- and this film- is located in Temaca, a town in Mexico that is being threatened by a dam. The film weaves the story of Temaca with the struggles going on in other countries, and interviews the delegates as they describe their rivers and attempt to come up for a strategy for Temaca.
